You may cancel your order by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of placing it.
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase please inform us by phone or e-mail. You may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The item must be in intact condition, in its original packaging including the receipt of sale. If these terms are not fulfilled, the item will be shipped back to the customer at his expense. Returns of seasonal items are not accepted.
If you have received your order and the item is damaged or faulty you are entitled of replacement or refund. The conditions for returning faulty items are the same as the return policy, stated above. Return shipping costs are refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the bank account or debit/credit card used for the purchase of the item.
